As a 20-year veteran ballerina, I thought I had experienced working my body to its physical extreme. Training this past year with Brian has proven otherwise. Brian's expert fitness coaching and challenging strength training program has awakened dormant muscle groups and conditioned over-used muscles to reach new heights in terms of their strength and flexibility. His creative integration of yoga principles combined with stability exercises and proprioceptive bodywork has enlightened me to a new organic and spiritual method of using balance, focus, and rhythmic breathing to reach transcendent "peak" exercise experiences.
