I have been meaning to put into words my feelings on the progress made with my personal fitness program to-date. After today's invigorating workout, what better time?
The before and after photos you gave me recently tell my story. When I first came to see you, I was about 20 pounds overweight and severely out of shape. After our initial training session, I read through all of the information you gave me including the specific weight and measurement goals, nutrition plan, and your training philosophy. I was excited about starting the program you recommended, but I was also somewhat skeptical about whether I could succeed.
In the last 2 1/2 months, I've not only surprised my friends and family with my success, I've surprised myself. In 20 sessions, I've lost 20 pounds of fat, and gained 5 pounds of lean body mass. I have decreased my body measurements by 4 1/2 inches in my waist, 4 inches in each thigh, and 3 inches in my hips. More importantly, I feel as if a part of me is finally awake-one that always wanted to be healthy and strong -- and you have helped me bring this to the surface.

Your energy, enthusiasm, and talent have been the driving force behind my lifestyle change from the very start. I am so grateful to you Brian. You have helped me achieve a level of fitness I would not have thought possible for myself. I always look forward to my next training session with you. I even find myself wishing I had a session scheduled on the days that I don't!! As we close in on the goals that just a short time ago seemed remote and unattainable, I am looking forward to setting new fitness goals for myself. With your guidance and encouragement, I am confident that the success I feel now is just the beginning!"
